Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, notify us in writing by fax 02-9475-0492 or email and your registration will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee within seven (7) working days.

Cancellations made less than ten (10) working days before the event are non-refundable.

You may transfer your registration to another person at anytime by providing written authorisation via email only.

Please include your company name, the name of the delegate being replaced & the new delegate’s name, position, email & contact number.

Kylie joined Yahoo! in 2006 and has since held a number of positions including managing sales team, managing customer solutions department, and sales operations team. Mark was born in Christchurch New Zealand, 1972. He graduated from Canterbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mark has ten years Web Analytics experience, with 7 of those based in London. He worked as a Consultant with WebTrends in the UK and at Reed Elsevier, TUI, ITV, News International and Agency.com. Mark’s expertise include; online analytics, ad systems, transactional booking systems, and email systems.

Originally from the USA, Cameron comes to us from a diverse business background in both the states and here in the local Australian market. He graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies before embarking on a successful business career in New York City.

He spent the next ten years holding sales and marketing management positions in executive search, real estate brokerage, and telecommunications corporations. Cameron’s experience across multiple industries, consulting with SME companies with the ultimate goal of driving and increasing revenue, has proven to be invaluable to our customers as they develop their integrated marketing strategies.

Upon relocating to Australia, Cameron studied at Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney and Bond University on the Gold Coast, where he graduated with a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.

Cameron is responsible for driving business development, strategic marketing, and operations activities for Vertical Leap Australia.
